The product could use a little improvement in the basic design to stay in place a bit better and could use a better height adjustment. (If you push it into the ground for better grip on soft ground, the ball almost hits the ground.) Those are the little things that still earn a 4-star rating for me. It has already become unusable. Exactly 7 days after I ordered it, maybe 4 days of light use and it's already broken. The description says it can be used with any stick, but the rope still wears out and comes out of the ball. The fastest speed I've ever seen is 106 mph, so it's not an unnatural force. I also tend to rock at around 80 mph with a weighted rider (also by SKLZ). Less than 100 hits and it's broken, I could visit the range for less.
