This is a great 63/37 solder paste! I've hand-soldered endless 40-pin TSSOP packages. Using this paste solved the problem the first time. Second hand. Simply coat all pads with paste. I put in a flash drive and centered it as best I could. Heated with a heat gun (330 ° C) until the paste is melted. Then I cleaned some jumpers. Went like clockwork. The tips are ok. I would recommend getting some big ones. The paste is a bit difficult to push through the thin tips. It also takes a little pressure to stick to the pads.
