The ability for customers/members of my organization (schools) who have signed up through our website or mobile app can now be viewed by other schools in their area - which allows us as administrators / teachers more visibility into what programs are being used at those locations! This also gives parents insight about how well we're doing overall within each school district where they live. I don't like that it's not possible right away when you signup if someone else has already been added under "Friends" so there may need to be some time lag before this feature becomes available. We've had several memberships expire over the last year without anyone realizing because no one was looking out for them until after enrollment expired. With LOoyaltyOperator users' data will always remain private & secure.
