Great way keep your members informed and engaged

The ability for customers/members of my organization (schools) who have signed up through our website or mobile app can now be viewed by other schools in their area - which allows us as administrators / teachers more visibility into what programs are being used at those locations! This also gives parents insight about how well we're doing overall within each school district where they live. I don't like that it's not possible right away when you signup if someone else has already been added…

Pros
  • Easy, simple interface with powerful functionality even just entering an initial request takes less than 5 minutes per person using your own computer; much faster via tablet too..great solution from starttofinish!!! I like that it includes all of our programs; and we even have a CRM in place for our customers. It's easy to navigate and has helped us keep track of our rewards. We also use this for our customer service department as well so its great! Nothing at this point - it does everything we need. If you are looking for something simple to use by salespeople or staff, this may be right up your alley. And if you're looking to get away from paper, then this might be a good fit for you. I like that it provides customer retention strategies for each of my customers as well as keeping track how often they are visiting or viewing various pages within our website so we can tailor their experience accordingly! The software itself does take some getting used too but this may be due in part to other features/tools which have not been completely implemented yet (such us 360 views).
