I definitely recommend this beach house /🎡 but don't even try it with a hand screwdriver. No way. Of course it's possible, but I didn't want to put myself in that pain. I have a drill. After that, the installation went smoothly. The instructions are clear but I had to remove the screws and then pull them off. I would recommend checking before tightening the bolts. The material is not wood. This is a high performance board. In some places the screws wouldn't go any further and were sticking out. I really don't like this stuff, but it's durable and if put together well and the screws tightened regularly, it could potentially last you for years. Aesthetically it's beautiful. Many eye-catching scenes on the piece, both front and back, make it look 360 degrees. At the back there is an arcade stage and a small, imaginative cafe that can be entertained for hours. It will definitely fit a Barbie sized doll or smaller. Was bought as a Christmas present so I assembled it. Definitely not something you want to do on Christmas morning. Also, there is no picture on the box. So if you just pack the box, the kid will really understand that there is a beach house inside.
