Not that sharp. good for me
Knives were just okay. I initially bought the shinju blade but couldn't reorder it. I got these instead and they look exactly the same but are significantly less sharp than the shinju. I won't be rebuying them.

- Not as sharp as high quality steel knife
Cons
- The 4-inch paring knife is too small for many kitchen tasks
