I’m really enjoying these knives. I’ve had them about a month. They are easy to handle and at least so far are very sharp; they even pass the slicing of the tomato test. My daughter used these knives at work and raved about them, so I bought a set. The small paring knife chipped before I could even use it. I contacted the seller and was sent an entire new set. None of the other knives have chipped yet and I have kids who use them also. They are very sharp. I try to hand wash but I know they have been in the dishwasher a time or two.

I love my ceramic knives. Just hand wash, put the sheath back over them because they can chip easily. I don’t allow my husband to use them because he is so rough. Keep them out of the dishwasher as it makes them more brittle.

Bought these for RV use at the coast as even stainless knives rust there. About as sharp as a decent stainless knife, but holds an edge better. Not great overall, great for my purposes. May buy another set to use on the boat.

I bought this set in July 2022 and within a few weeks, the tip broke off one and 3 months later the medium size knife has come out of the handle. My return window has closed or I would return these. Not worth the money.

Knives are light weight and sharp and easy to use. I originally thought these were a great buy but am starting to rethink that. Knife shattered, cutting a piece of cantaloupe, and almost hit me right in the eye. I did not flex the knife in any weird way or anything, it just snapped. Knives were just okay. I initially bought the shinju blade but couldn't reorder it. I got these instead and they look exactly the same but are significantly less sharp than the shinju. I won't be rebuying them.

Anyone who knows how hard it is to cut butternut squash knows why it’s a big deal to share that these knives are able to stand up to that challenge. These are impressive knives at a decent price. When they first arrived, I really was not sure about them, the blade of the fruit paring knife was not sharp, except the tip, while using it I figured the tip was where you start to cut into the fruit, with ease. With others you use the entire knife.I like it.

I bought these knives in December 2020. It's now April 2021 and 2 of the knives have chipped. I have followed all the precautions (don't use to pry anything, don't put in the dishwasher, don't use ceramic or glass cutting boareds, etc.). The knives are great to use but I'd rather not have to baby a knife so much, especially when they're going to chip anyway. I won't be buying these again.

Good quality and performance for the price of ceramic kitchen knives. One must be careful on how to use and not use all ceramic knives as clearly explained in the instructions enclosed with the Wacool knives. They are a nice complement to the traditional high quality multi-purpose German steel knives we use in our kitchen. Wacool knives maintain their sharpness for a long period of time and are easy to clean with washing by hand in the sink.

I have used these knives for a number of months now so feel like I can provide an accurate review. I have used them for cutting everything from cardboard to delicate cheese, and they work like a charm and stay sharp. (I know using these knives on cardboard is not recommended, however, everybody does it anyway. Right?)
