Knives Stay Sharp - my new review

Good quality and performance for the price of ceramic kitchen knives. One must be careful on how to use and not use all ceramic knives as clearly explained in the instructions enclosed with the Wacool knives. They are a nice complement to the traditional high quality multi-purpose German steel knives we use in our kitchen. Wacool knives maintain their sharpness for a long period of time and are easy to clean with washing by hand in the sink.
