Review on WACOOL 3-Piece Ceramic Knife Set (6-Inch Chef'S, 5-Inch Utility, 4-Inch Paring) With Sheaths - Colorful Handles by Mark Glass

I have used these knives for a number of months now so feel like I can provide an accurate review. I have used them for cutting everything from cardboard to delicate cheese, and they work like a charm and stay sharp. (I know using these knives on cardboard is not recommended, however, everybody does it anyway. Right?) I put them in the dishwasher if particularly dirty, or simply rinse them off in hot water and dry with a paper towel otherwise. It's a bonus to have them different colors to identify them by size, but I wouldn't care if they were all the same color. So, unless something untoward happens to them in the future, I have found them to be a great buy so far.
