These cute little cases cost $$ compared to the functionality and quality of my less expensive previous purchase. closed to open. or so you have to constantly check if it is actually closed. 2) The real problem with these compared to others is behind the sliding lid. On them you can put the cover on the camera ... but the other side will be open. Other products have a fixed part under the cover and only one side is open for the camera. Check out some of the others and you'll see what I mean. You can't tell if these covers actually cover the camera unless you look closely. And then a little bump and it's not. I was impressed with the nice decorative cases but they are not very good and I will replace them with good ones. which actually costs less.
