Review on 🥤 Vitamix Pro 750 Blender, Pro-Grade, 64 oz. Low-Profile Container, Black, Self-Cleaning - 1957 by Marshall Lindner

This blender is perfect IF you always make very large batches. I was trying to make a small batch of almond butter but had to finish it in my old smaller blender. Because the blades of this blender are high off the bottom of the jar, the blades just spin over the product and you're constantly scraping the sides and never getting a homogeneous product. I prefer to make small portions as most don't last long and we like to eat a lot of different things. If you always prepare large batches of food (e.g. at least 2 cups of almond oil from 4 cups of almonds), then this blender is definitely for you! Would have given that 5 stars if Vitamix had told us they didn't. Do not adapt to small to normal quantities of product. Even though they say it's a "professional" series (restaurant band), just know they mean business! UPDATE: You can purchase additional smaller containers (32oz or 48oz) for this base for about $100 each.
