This is a great umbrella base for a patio umbrella. It’s 30 at 22 pounds and has a ring cap to support the umbrella poles And a hand turn on to tighten the umbrellas also. It’s meant to be used with a table for extra support. The Rattan design is pretty and the base is made of an extra durable resin material. Easy to use straight out of the box and does not require sand or water.
