My package was lost in Minnesota other than that I have no complaints. I used the swing arm to adjust the length of my trailer tongue to move my floating boat forward and add weight to the tongue because the trailer weight distribution wasn't correct. Installation was easy and I completed it in a couple of hours including the wiring. I bought some high quality metal drill bits which were expensive and worth every penny. The trailer drives perfectly with no extra movement or noise from the swingarm and I can still open the tailgate of my Subaru with the trailer attached. This is a well made product that I highly recommend.
