I would give this company or Ebay a 0 if I could. Umbrella came today. Box was not dented, but it looked like it had been opened and put back together again. I opened the box and saw a filthy (food and foot stains) Umbrella Carr Bag. I figured I would clean it, BUT, when I tried to open the umbrella, 5 spokes fell on my head. Upon further examination, there were 2 spokes that were cracked in half. I am going to be on a beach vacation tomorrow with no umbrella. This is quite aggravating. I spent at least 2 hours investigating umbrellas. It is quite late in the summer to purchase a decent umbrella. I never spent this much on an umbrella. I thought I would be getting a high end, very strong umbrella. I waited over a month for this to arrive. I am very disappointed.
