Review on 2-Door Wire Kennel Training Retreat by Tomeka Parker

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Most drawers look the same - they don't, and you need to know the difference.

I have a 24" cage model that is advertised. It belonged to my dog who died late last year. She was 15 years old. Puppy. And 16 years later he's still fine good.My new dog is a little longer than Gizmo and would be more comfortable in a 30" cage (Gizmo loved her cage and was in and out of it during the day - I left the door open for her). I have the same model everywhere or model with the same safety features. I was delighted to see the box offered by Revain that I wanted. I have carefully examined the description and pictures and carefully checked certain safety features and quality features. Yes, I found it! Except .Not me.The box that just arrived on my doorstep is a cheap fake of what is described and pictured in the ad.The clasps that attach the front and back to the attach top plate, DON'T LIKE WHAT IS ADVERTISED AND IN THE PICTURE, and nowhere near as secure as what I thought I bought it. The display also shows TWO L-shaped door latches. The drawer I received has ONE front door latch and is missing the L design. Look what I've been talking about for so long. The first two photos are of my old box, but they also have the same characteristics as advertised and are the reason I bought the new box. These are important security features. The third and fourth photo is a fake sent to me by the seller. At first glance, the boxes look the same. Take a closer look and you will see the difference. I think I'll go to another pet store to try and find what I'm looking for. I am very disappointed that my money is tied up while the counterfeit box is returned and processed as I purchased the box in good faith based on the description and photos in the ad. This box and this seller deserve zero stars.
