Absolutely delighted. That's easy. Of course yes, having an EQ to adjust and more is good, having a headset that you can just plug in and play is great too. Yes, it's all plastic, but that's for weight reduction. These headphones have a low profile so they don't look too "playful". No RGB. Just plain black. No frills like other more expensive headsets. That's easy. Volume control, mute button, Type-C port for charging (thank goodness!), 3.5 jack and microphone jack. The microphone sounds decent. I would generally recommend a standalone microphone no matter what headset you have. The sound is excellent. The bass is full, the mids are clear and the highs roll off well. This headset features Razer's TriForce drivers, the same ones found in the BlackShark V2 range. They're not open at the back, so the soundstage is a bit smaller, but I had no problem discerning audio cues when playing with them. The clamping force is very low and they just sit on your head. The ear cups are quite deep for such a small headset and the drivers DO NOT touch my ears at all. The headset is very similar to the Arctis 1, with this headset the drivers hit my ears. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend this headset over the Arctis 1 or if you are on a budget. I still use the Astro A40 but will use this headset when I'm on the couch playing singles. It's so convenient. I've tried many headsets like Astro A50, beyerdynamic (most were too annoying for me), Sennheiser, Steelseries Arctis pro Line, Logitech g733, Logitech G Pro/wireless, Corsair Void, PS5 3D pulse and many more. Overall I think this headset beats all of the above. Buy now!
