I received this product on the expected delivery date. Kudos for the quick delivery. Got the item charged as suggested and looking forward to using it. The kids were equally excited to use it. As already mentioned, the normal pressure is too high for me and even for children. Soft is good to use, as well as impulse. After 4 days the soft stopped working. So it was just pulse and DIY. After a few days DIY didn't work anymore either. Luckily Pulse and Normal modes worked, but the Normal level is too high so only Pulse is available. when you are away for a few weeks. Perhaps because only one boost was available, the battery lasted just as long. I used it for 3 weeks before returning it for several reasons -1) unreliability.2) Even after 3 weeks it smelled like plastic when I used it. 3) I need to floss because of gum and tartar problems. First I will use it like a normal thread. I only used this for a week and it was a big mistake. The tartar on my crown is back with a vengeance and I'm still trying to get rid of it after flossing alone for over 6 weeks. My gums started bleeding again, although it's getting better now after 6 weeks of good old flossing. My dentist warned me against flossing (family friendly) but I've always wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this purchase proved my dentist right. For me, at least, it's good old flossing to keep my gums healthy and tartar at bay. I got them back and it was a painless process.
