"I bought this cable to connect a LAN cable to my Mac to work with a Raspberry Pi, which I couldn't connect to wirelessly until I used the LAN cable for a tutorial . I got this plug and it didn't work at all when I got it. I would check for signal and for signal from anything plugged into the USB-C ports. I ended up buying a USB-C to LAN connector that Apple offers on their website and it worked right away. This might have been an issue for me as I had to plug this connector into a USB USB-C connector and there were too many connections in my connection, but if you have a Mac I recommend sticking with the products on Apple's website. CONTINUED: !After posting this review I was quickly emailed by a Lention consultant through Revain and they apologized for the broken cable. They also immediately gave me a full refund with no even just asking if they could replace it, if i wanted a refund or if i was angry.The customer service i received during this transaction was not only the best i have received from revain, it was the best I received online period. I highly recommend buying their product and hopefully it works! But if it doesn't then I can also swear by their amazing customer service that the problem was resolved r and now should fix.
