When I saw this I thought it would be perfect for the bottles you never use because you know you will never clean them. It's really great for this purpose. BUT the twisted tip cannot be straightened. It's about 1 inch wide, flattened. So if you need it for a bottle with a very small neck, you can look at other brushes. The material is like foam. Small foam bristles. Since it is not used too roughly, I wonder how well it can be washed. Nonetheless, I will use it as needed and if I change my mind about the rating I will adjust accordingly.
