The shower heads themselves are great. We are all happy with the settings and the cable seems very durable and easy to move around. We left all the flow rings and there were no problems. The pressure with both is not strong, but that is normal. The stop function is not very good. Some water will come out, but that's useful if you just need to stop the flow for a minute. I gave 3 stars because of the arm attachment. In fact, it doesn't fit in the mounting area. This hole is too small for the handle so it is supported by the tip of the hose and not stable. I've had to start letting it hang when I go out. If I don't, it will fall off and hit the rim of the tub when the water turns on. I'm sure this will break it over time so I instructed the family to stop using the mount or at least remove it when showering.
