The insoles were quite stiff compared to my arched shoes.
I like that the shoes fit the arch of my foot, but they didn't fit me. Even with the extra padding inside, the soles were too hard for my delicate feet. I had to send them back. If you don't need super cushioning insoles, you'll probably like them for the extra arch support.
