Review on ๐Ÿšด Advanced Arion Foldable Rollers with Magnetic Resistance by Matt Vanlaere

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The ultimate workout for the serious cyclist

I've owned this machine for 5 years now. I had to tweak a few screws here and there, but it's solid and the magnetic resistance unit delivers a lot of sweat. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but I started with the thing in the middle of the door frame; After about 6 months of regular use, the frame is no longer needed. I also have a great Kurt Kinetic, but I'm much better at rollerblading. I should also add that these particular reels are built with expanding cylinders; As your tires shift to one side or the other, you'll hear the rubber squeak to prevent a fall. It's also quiet compared to a standard trainer. If you don't mind spending a few weeks getting your bearings, this gives you an experience that's as close to outdoor riding as you can get in your basement. After all, you're really driving, using all your brawn and wits to stay upright and move forward. Make sure you have a fan, put on a sports headband, open a window. last thing; the hardest part for me was getting used to watching TV; Initially it is difficult to stay in the center of the cylinders and observe a moving object. I almost broke a wall at first watching Indiana Jones.

Pros
  • 3 levels of magnetic resistance make it easy to switch from zero resistance for light recovery rides or warm-ups to low and high resistance for harder workouts
Cons
  • Reliability
