This adapter worked without any problems in my Dell Optiplex 3020. Thanks to the comment in the product review; I made sure all the wires were attached to each of the harnesses by gently tugging on each wire. Everything was nice and tight. I was able to install the EVGA SUPERNOVA 650G2 80+G power supply without any problems. When attaching the PSU to the PC case, you need to apply slight pressure to the PSU to align the screw holes. In my case, I also removed the existing cable from the motherboard to the peripherals and opted to power the peripherals from the PSU itself. Everything works great!
