My experience so far with this system has been very good, I have not encountered any problems or issues of note as yet but they are currently working to add some features which will be great for us! So nothing really negative about it at all just more positive things would make me happy :) Currently we do get notified via sms when our machines need service/maintenance however sometimes there may seem like an issue within their platform such notifications might stop coming through even though its still in order mode etc - It does help keep track if parts should arrive soonish without having someone physically visit each site every day / week which can eat into time spent doing other work duties too.
