Works as expected but I was surprised I needed more o-rings for a tight fit? I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner with a factory installed hitch, so nothing weird or out of the ordinary, and was looking for a locking pin for the receiver that wouldn't block access to the chainrings. This receiver pin was long enough, actually too long. Even with all 8 o-rings installed (4 on each side) I really needed 2-4 more for a snug fit with no rattling. Used it to tow a 4x8 trailer 1550 miles in 5 days with no problems. I don't leave my insert or pen out when not towing so can't comment on rusting issues etc which I've seen in other comments.
