They look very pretty in the pouches they come in, but don't hold up that well when actually crimped. The size is somewhere between the brake cable and derailleur crimp cable. The metal is thin and very soft. They break very easily, but instead of shrinking into a nice shape, they flatten out and crack on the sides. And when anodizing, micro-cracks appear, so they look dull after crimping. If they weren't so expensive ($9.99) I wouldn't complain, but they cost a lot more than non-anodized ones and aren't worth it. I'm definitely disappointed in them as I think they look great on the bike.
