I bought this to do small batch spirit runs and experiments and I am not at all disappointed. It's a bit slow, but you don't have to worry about it all the time while it's running. My first run after the cleaning. It was a strawberry wine I made and it was distilled to 110 degrees and tasted clean. it will bring much more benefit.
