It's easy for my team members who are not familiar with software or computer use (or even those that know but don't like computers)to find jobs using this system; it makes finding qualified applicants very quick! I wish there were more opportunities in other states than just California because we have so many people living here now. If you're looking into having an applicant database of some sort then this might be worth considering as well since employers can search by location too which saves them money when they need employees quickly. Having someone else do all their recruitment work has been great especially during these hard times where everyone needs help right now. The benefits far outweigh any downsides at this point though if nothing comes up about problems after implementation.
