, I ordered the wrong size filter from iSpring and contacted customer service. Brian, iSpring's customer service rep, was the nicest person I've ever met. He helped me a lot to solve my problem. He reacted quickly and handled the whole situation professionally. I highly recommend iSpring and its filters. Good company and great products.
