This is a well made meat tenderize that is easy to use and avoids all the splashing mess you get from using a mallet style tenderize. Meat is noticeably more tender. Only complaint is that cleaning is difficult. Blades are spaced close together so you have to use one of those skinny straw brushes to clean in between. I found it is easiest to clean right after use before any juices dry and with a strong stream of hot water.
