Mounted on Jeep Wrangler. Bought because the stock antenna was huge and unsightly. Visually, the 6-3/4" height is exactly what I was looking for. While offline reception can be an issue, it has been excellent in my city so far. The antenna's flexibility and low stature means it isn't gets stuck on bushes. Installation is easy and takes 2 minutes - unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. This is probably the best and cheapest accessory I will ever buy for this new car. I highly recommend it .
