Great Seller! The product works great! My original screen/digitizer was badly damaged in one corner. Key Findings: 1. Hair dryer works for removal.2. There is a great video on YouTube (probably the 49 minute one mentioned earlier) that walks you through the process step by step and in great detail. Just keep your laptop close to you so you can watch, pause or rewind while surfing.3. In addition to the kit, I bought some thin hospital grade latex gloves, a thin guitar pick (see video), a can of air, and safety goggles.4. Be extremely careful when removing the glass near the wireless antenna. It sits very close to the edge of the iPad and can be damaged if you're not careful.5. If you have children, you should do this in a place where you can separate and lock the door. There may be broken glass and you will be working on delicate parts. Other ideas. To protect the digitizer, I laid the iPad on a very thin towel on a hard, flat surface and placed a paperback that matched the size of the digitizer on top of the digitizer. Limits (I happened to find one on a shelf) and placed a 25lb barbell on top of the book to balance the weight. It worked for me in a pinch and didn't break the glass. It might not be the best way, but it might be an option.
