Not suitable for grafting figs. Figs are the easiest to transplant, but this parafilm tape is too strong. It limits the growth of new buds and prevents the buds from gurgling. Others on YouTube noted that their transplants didn't take root with "Parafilm". The only plus is that it creates a strong band pressure on the joint. To get it right, you need to get yourself a Japanese buddy cartridge. I could try Japanese tape up to the graft and then this parafilm at the junction for reinforcement.
