Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding Product
The customer service was outstanding! They were always available for questions or concerns, they responded quickly with great recommendations (I can't even remember all I have done so far!) Great software; easy setup process - no need anything more than basic knowledge/skill set in HTML & Coding which we had already anyway.
This tool helped us get our first impressions right from day one after launch but also gave me confidence it would be able keep up my expectations over time once users started using them regularly.- A little confusing at times when you're new user if there's other people working inside your organisation who are not aware about what certain features do since those things may sometimes only affect internal use rather then general public viewings like website views etc..
