This is great for organizing your pills/vitamins for morning/noon/evening dosing. If your pills are large this may not work well for you. I can fit my fish oil (which is a large pill) along with another semi large pill and 5 other small pills (like my biotin and B12) in the morning spot with a little room to spare (not much though). I mainly take morning and evening pills and then I have as needed pills so I use the noon spot for my as needed pills. I love that each day can be removed from the container so I just grab the day of the week each morning as I head out the door and I am set for the day. As far as traveling goes it works great because the entire week is kept in the main container which closes with a snap so they are all secure. Love this product!
