Review on 🛏️ Serta Never Flat Pump Raised Air Mattress by Kenny Davey

I have had this mattress since October 2015. During that time it has been used sparingly, 5-10 nights maximum. Just this week (December 2017) I put it up for our guests and it didn't hold the air. After carefully inspecting the entire mattress, I noticed that the air pump had become detached from the mattress. This resulted in an air leak around the perimeter of the pump (see photo). It's not something I can fix, although I've tried to seal it to no avail. This is very disappointing and I feel ripped off. I bought another mattress right before this one which was about 2/3 the price. The other "cheap" mattress is still fine. SERTA, IF YOU ARE READING THESE FEEDBACKS, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO REPLACE THIS PRODUCT. I'll be happy to update my rating then. So now I have a giant ball of rubber with a pump attached to it. This is definitely NOT an air mattress.
