Review on Nesco VSS 01 Automatic Digital Starter by Michael Eldridge

This is my first vacuum sealer and I love it. It's so easy to use and really sucks all the air out. I've used it for sliced fruit, crumbled cheese, chunks of cheese, assorted meats (cooked and raw) and it vacuums them with ease. I hate throwing away food so the ability to extend shelf life and quality is amazing. I didn't use a scale as I don't need it. I bought this model because of the price and the brand. I've read reviews of other cheaper food vacuums that said spending a little more on a Nesco would be a better investment and for now I have to agree. 👍🏼
