This was perfect to replace my OEM transmission pan. As long as you have deactivated the original panorama, you can also change the transmission filter at the same time. The filter set I received came with a pan gasket so no additional sealant was required. I took the advice of others and got a Dorman 69001 nylon drain-to-drain gasket and then screwed the drain plug the same way I did the engine oil plug. I haven't had any leaks. This skillet appears to be larger than the original skillet at 42rle. I ended up having to add another liter of fluid to get the level high enough, although it may have leaked more than expected.
