A reliable alternative to UA

Oh how I dreamed of an inexpensive alternative to the UA compression shirt. Of all the types I've tried, Under Armor compression tops work for me; They tend to use thicker material than others I've tested, so their upper offers noticeably more compression. The TSLA top arrived today and I've had plenty of time to decide if it fits, so this is primarily a first impression review. I was NOT expecting this to offer the same level of compression as UA, but I was hoping it would be "close enough" - and I think it is. The material feels a bit thinner, but I had an immediate impression that the compression felt good. Since it's sleeveless, the armholes make a difference in terms of overall comfort, especially if you're wearing them as tank tops (which I do from time to time). Again, the TSLA top seemed to have enough room in the armhole and the look didn't irritate. Of course, I spent about 60 seconds in this shirt, but I didn't immediately regret this purchase (which happens more often than I'd like to admit). For half the price of a UA shirt, this seems very solid to me. Alternative.
