I like that it allows me access from anywhere via web or mobile app. The customer service team are super helpful in resolving any issues we may have. Sometimes there can be lag between messages which would make you think they aren't paying attention but this isn’t always happening! Give them time - our experience was great once things were sorted out initially (we did not receive an answer straight away). We're solving problems around providing information about products when customers cannot get into store/online etc so that helps people find what they need easily.
