Was reliable for me. The shape of the case looks smooth, but it is difficult to store. The charger and plug are not stored inside, there is no charging station, so the cable must be stored in a specially designated place. Charging should be done often enough to make it easier to keep charged when not in use. There's a nice little valve to keep things sucked in from leaking out, but it can get clogged with scraps of paper or dry leaf fragments. . Unfortunately, it's difficult to unlock; Outside access is narrow and long, and inside access is crammed into a corner at an odd angle where leverage is difficult. The front of the dust bin is difficult to clean and has sharp corners, causing dust to accumulate inside. The internal cloth dust filter is pretty good (I've washed it a couple of times and it still catches most of the dust), but it needs frequent cleaning and is quite difficult to remove. Likewise, junk dumping is a multi-step process. I remember similar products from a decade ago that just let you dump the dust with the push of a button. For such a price? Its worth it. Didn't see any reliability issues.
