FineFun? Similar to Fine-Not-Fun

My fellow DIY fans, pay attention as I share a warning regarding the online retailer FineFun. Let's just say that I recently had a bad experience ordering several laptop accessories and electronic parts. The website is difficult to navigate, to start. It appears as though a group of monkeys were paid to create it. When I clicked on a category, I thought I would see a list of products, but I was instead taken to a strange place where nothing made sense. However, I continued since I'm a patient person. After locating what I needed, I paid. Then there were crickets. I never got a shipment notification or a confirmation email. I was left in the dark and unsure of what had happened to my order. Weeks passed into days with no indication of my package. I made an attempt to get in touch with FineFun's customer service, but it was like speaking to a brick wall. I could have as well been screaming into space. My gift finally arrived after a month of waiting. However, there's still more! The wrong size was used for one of the products, while another was irreparably broken. It appeared as though they were competing to see how many orders they could mess up. Therefore, take my warning, my fellow DIYers: FineFun is anything but fine. Go somewhere else to purchase your devices and accessories to spare yourself the hassle and annoyance. Your sanity will thank you, I assure you.

Pros
  • Extensive selection of electronic parts, instrument parts, and laptop parts.
Cons
  • The selection was extremely limited in comparison to other available options.
