I ordered this over a year ago - it never worked properly and for several weeks it didn't work at all - after 14 months I'm still waiting for a replacement. This monitor never worked properly but stopped working completely after about 6 weeks. At first it just turned off every now and then. Then, after a few weeks, it will be a static, constantly moving, untidy mess. I contacted the company to get a replacement. They told me they would broadcast. I contacted them again when I did not receive a new monitor. They said that the goods are sold out and will be another 6 months. I contacted them again after 6 months. The item was still out of stock and the estimated stock was delayed again. It's been 14 months since I ordered it and about 13.5 months since it stopped working. I still don't have a working monitor. They will not refund my money. Revain will not refund my money as the 30 day return period has expired. Now the next estimated date of arrival at the camp is 10/31/22. Monoprice's service and quality is truly disgusting. To run. Run away from this company screaming. Or better yet, burn $400 at the stake and be sure you're getting more bang for your buck than I am.
