My house is 2500 square feet so this router/satellite combo (RBR20/RBW30) seemed like the right solution for me. But it didn't work for me. I was not able to get good bandwidth for satellite connected devices. The best I could get for satellite connected devices was 1 or 2 bars (out of 4). I tried installing satellite in every room in my house but it didn't work. The good news is this. When I turned off the satellite I got a full 4 bars for all my devices throughout the house as they connected directly to the router. I tried devices in each room and a router was better than router + satellite. Obviously this router is good enough to reach every room in the house without the need for a mesh network (and a mesh network only degrades the signal/bandwidth). I'm happy with the router but not with the price of a full mesh network. it is not helpful. I'm returning a router/satellite pair (which I paid $180 plus tax for) and ordering just the router, which is now $100 from Revain.
