I haven't had it for a very long time. The location in the photos was the best for my application in the 2014 Buick Enclave. The curved dash made it difficult to install anywhere without jamming the GPS or whatever. The freedom of movement on the mount is pretty good and it's easy to get into many positions. The suction cup has held firm so far, but the phone falls a bit to ride on the dash so all of the weight isn't on the mount. The automatic finger grip works well and really helps with adding or removing a phone with one hand. I have a Galaxy S9 and it fits a larger phone. It holds it tight so charging won't start and stop on bumpy roads. This works well both at home and in the car. I have a fast wireless charger from my service provider and it works about as fast. Including ventilation clip and USB cable. There is no cigarette lighter plug included. My port has stopped working so wireless charging is my only option. I haven't compared this to any other brand locally or online but this one does everything I wanted it to.
