Perfect replacement
Finally a warm day to install this and everything went great. The window's black lift tab and the original threaded rod were D-shaped, so the flat spot was ground down to match, the only modification needed. Makes a little more noise than OEM, but she said it puts out MUCH faster - that's 11 years of life on a gravel road for you = dust and corrosion.
