It looks flimsy, but the zucchini bread is baked to perfection.
Simply popped the bread out of the pan, put it in the dishwasher and it came out clean. The only downside is that after a dishwasher dry cycle, water remains at the bottom of the bowl. Time will tell if the pan will stand up to frequent use.
