tinting mask keeps what it promises. I think it is recommended to leave it for 5 minutes. I left it in my hair for about 15 minutes as my hair is VERY unruly. Also, I really didn't expect it to work that well. After rinsing it out and drying my hair you can definitely see where I applied it (and the spots I missed lol). I have natural brown hair but it has a lot of blonde highlights that always turn red after about a month. After just one use, it made a noticeable difference. I will definitely use again. One note: Be careful not to spill/splash/splash the conditioner, the purple is sticky and difficult to wash off. Even the time it took me to rub it into my hair left stains on my hands. To me that just means it works!
