This product has solved my paper feeding problem on my HP Photosmart D7260 inkjet printer. The printer has had problems for years and often signals me that it is out of paper when it is not. Last week he repeatedly asked me to clear the paper jam, even though there was no paper jam. I've tried replacing the rollers on both the printer and the duplexer with an eraser, but to no avail. I finally searched the internet and found this product with many helpful Revain reviews. About 10 minutes to clean and reapply the liquid, another 15 to let it sit and voila, no more paper feed issues, at least for now. I found this really difficult - I did the following: (1) removed the cap from the end of the needle to reduce back pressure in the bottle cap assembly, (2) made sure the cap was "square" with the bottle neck. Threads and (3) pressed firmly onto the cap until I felt the threads engage, then screwed the cap on. The bottle is quite full and I would expect people who had trouble putting the cap on not to have uncapped the needle. It is possible that the volume of air in the lumen of the tube when squeezing creates enough back pressure to prevent the cap from being inserted. Installing the applicator is definitely worth it - just don't poke your hand by pressing the bottle cap!
