I bake a lot and have only used this pan a few times because I wasn't tempted to reach it. Reason #1: I mostly bake cakes and quick breads and I think the best part about it is the fluffy crust on the inside rather than the outer crust. With these little molds you increase the crust to inside ratio to almost half/half. Reason #2 – It's exhausting. The minibars are cute, but filling the tiny ramekins properly takes time and patience, which I don't often have. Reason #3: The topping design is cute until you find yourself cleaning the pan and you can't tell where it's dirty and where it's clean because it blends in completely with the rest. Those reasons aside, I will say that silicone is indeed non-stick. and things pop out easily. I have the 8x8 version of this pan and use it all the time so I'd recommend trying it out!
